JACKSONVILLE, Fla., September 25, 2018 – Coastal Spine and Pain Center (CSPC) will be hosting a seminar on Stem Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine at Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club on September 27, 2018.
Hosted by CPSC’s Pain Management Physician Ferdinand Formoso, D.O., the seminar will provide a context for the use of stem cells in medicine, the safety of utilizing Stem Cell Therapy and its effectiveness as a treatment option.
“We hope the seminar will provide an open forum for prospective patients to learn about Stem Cell Therapy,” Dr. Formoso said. “After the session, attendees will be able to ask questions about how stem cell treatment may address their specific needs and allow us to provide customized answers.”
Dr. Formoso, a board certified interventional pain medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Buffalo and his doctorate degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his residency program at Temple University/MossRehab in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where he was nominated chief resident, Dr. Formoso completed his interventional pain medicine fellowship at Temple University.
Stem Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine is known to effectively treat common ailments such as, but not limited to, tendonitis, soft tissue pain, chronic joint pain, autoimmune disorders, localized inflammation and injuries to the spine, knees and joints.
