JACKSONVILLE, Fla., February 19, 2016 – Coastal Spine and Pain Center’s increasing growth in serving the community through health care services has prompted the partnership with the Tim Tebow Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Northeast Florida.

With a community-driven focus, Coastal Spine and Pain Center chose the Tim Tebow Foundation for its contributions to serving local and national children through its various programs which include the W15H Program, Timmy’s Playrooms, Tebow CURE Hospital, Orphan Care, Adoption Aid, Night to Shine and Team Tebow.

“Coastal Spine and Pain Center is proud to partner with this organization that supports children and others in need,” said Coastal’s Vice President of Marketing Lori Moonen. “Our ‘Coastal Gives Back’ mission ensures that not only are we giving the best patient care but we can support great organizations like the Tim Tebow Foundation to reach more people while helping our community.”

This year, Coastal Spine and Pain Center is partnering as a sponsor of the sixth annual Tim Tebow Foundation Celebrity Gala & Golf Classic which will be held March 11 and 12 at TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course and Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. This is the major fundraiser for the foundation, which through its several outreach programs brings “faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need,” according to their mission. Coastal is the main sponsor of the Tim Tebow Foundation Golf Ball Drop, held March 12th at TPC Sawgrass. The ball drop is open to anyone making a suggested $15 donation per ball.

Each ball that is purchased will have a chance to win prizes including the grand prize which includes two tickets to the 2017 Celebrity Gala, two spectator tickets to the Celebrity Golf Classic and a Meet n’ Greet with Tim Tebow. Other prizes include autographed Tim Tebow items such as a jersey, football, photo, and his book, “Through My Eyes”. A helicopter will drop all the balls on to the golf course and the closest one to the hole wins.

Along with the sponsors, participants and spectators, this event has raised more than $5.5 million in five years to support the outreach efforts of the Tim Tebow Foundation. One-hundred percent of all net proceeds from this event directly fund. For more information about the ball drop, the foundation and how to participate, visit
